3 Steps to Inspired Living – Yoga Poses, Videos, Meditation and Community

Inspired by the word means inner spirit. Does your mind shine day after day? Do you feel enlightened from the inside? You’ve had your moments, haven’t you?

Is it possible to live daily by focusing on this state of actuality, optimism, and fearlessness? I think so.

Our stressful modern world has now created the perfect turning point for us. We see more clearly than ever that the demands of life can bury your light or be the optimal springboard to choose a life with the bright, radiant light of the heart!

Without a conscious decision about how you live, life can clearly seem overwhelming.

You can choose to assert your right to an inspired life, free from the expectations of others, the roles you play, and your past.

3 steps to an inspiring life

I have set myself the goal of my life: to bring as many people as possible into this state of inspiration! Here are your first three steps towards an inspired life!

Each of these three steps is based on the others. Once you have accepted step 1 and integrated it, you can move on to step 2, and the changes you made in step 1 will inspire you to step 2 and so on.

#1 Remember that life is about working from the inside out.

Did you ever find that thing or number or that name that made things better? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. There can never be anything that satisfies you deeply. Cultivating a rich, free, and liberated inner life is possible if you remember that your life experience is rooted in your thoughts, expectations, beliefs, and stories.

The next time something happens in your day of provocation, take a moment, take a deep breath, choose what you want to feel NOW, and then bring the situation you find yourself in forward with that feeling. You choose compassion, understanding, wisdom, gratitude…? Feel concentrated in this energy, free from any negative reaction to external circumstances and in a state of satisfaction.

No 2 Act of Truth That All is Energy

You may have heard different people or activities, such as high or low vibration. High vibration – light and expansive, cheerful, joyful, compassionate, free, liberated, focused, and fearless. Low vibration – heavy, stressed, anxious, sad, lonely, or hopeless. There is an infinite range of feelings between them.

If life robs you of it, ask yourself: What can I do to improve my mood? Face the analysis of the situation, look for ways to differentiate it or give in to the feeling of uselessness. Instead, focus on what you can do now to feel better. Instead of calling a friend to get rid of the injustice done to you, you go outside, meditate, bake cookies, bathe in bubbles, play music, draw, dance, walk… everything that gives you energy instead of using it.

#3 Ask who controls your ship, your mind, or your heart.

The spirit is a good servant, but a terrible master. # Robin Charma

Now that you remember that life is in harmony with your inner light and that your creative nourishment is ENERGY, you can choose a life that is guided by your heart.

Remember the choice you made that was wrong, but logically right? It was a convenient, safe, and shared trip, wasn’t it?

Don’t forget you made a decision that was so true, even if it didn’t make any sense. Are you sorry?

Positive feelings encourage you to continue in this direction, while negative feelings encourage you to look away.

The heart is an emotional center. The mind is the center of thought.

You shouldn’t feel inspired, enlightened, freed. And then turn to your mind and ask: Can I do it, can I do it, can I do that…? This is where most of us get stuck.

Inspired life creates one choice after another. It’s a reward for getting to know yourself better and focusing on the thoughts, experiences, and relationships that match what illuminates you from within! Ask yourself at this point: What can I do now to make this happen for me?
